It’s never easy to deal with grief and changes after a loss. People frequently go through unforeseen behavioural extremes and feel stressed and emotionally drained.

When a loved one passes away, there may be unfavourable publicity, prejudice, or hatred toward the act, making you feel alone and abandoned. You could feel resentment at the deceased for inflicting such suffering, for failing to find other solutions to their difficulties, or for not asking for more assistance.
You can believe that they have cheated you out of the future that you wanted them to share alongside you.
Additionally, you can regret that you were powerless to stop them from considering suicide.
You could be relieved that the person’s suffering will be over, and they are finally at peace if the death came after extended periods of agony and possibly earlier suicide attempts. However, you might still find it challenging to deal with.
When someone close to you dies, you could feel so hopeless that you may consider ending your own life.

Interacting with different people, playing your hobbies, and spending time alone can be helpful at different times. However, experts recommend that you discuss stressful situations and emotions with a close friend, physician, family member, or professional grief counsellor. Please don’t hesitate to contact me in times of grief. I will be there to support you emotionally, with words of affirmation and a positive mindset to help you go through the sorrowful moments of feeling loved and relieved to a significant degree.
